BizCap is the small business lending service of County Corp Development and was founded in 1981 as a private not-for-profit development corporation committed to supporting economic development in the region. Through County Corp Development we expanded our mission to work on business expansion opportunities and fill financial gaps for small businesses.  County Corp Development makes business loans through United States Small Business Administration (SBA) 504, Ohio Regional 166, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. In addition, we also have funds available for Child Day Care loans. Funding is used for facilities expansion and equipment needs. Our loans are tailored to meet the specific needs of small businesses. The loan amounts range from $25,000 to $5,500,000 and offer low, fixed interest rates.

As one of the most respected development organizations in the state, County Corp Development is a Certified Development Company authorized by the SBA since 1982, and has made Ohio Regional 166 Loans since 1991.

County Corp Development is authorized to make Regional 166 loans throughout Ohio and SBA 504 loans anywhere in Ohio and  Fayette, Franklin, Jay, Randolph, Union & Wayne Counties in Indiana. CDBG & Child Day Care loans are limited at this time to businesses within Montgomery County.
